In/Form chronicles over a decade of Addi’s career and her philosophy that focuses on ‘the art of imperfection.’ The extensive collection of Addi’s contemporary pieces is supplemented throughout the book by lifestyle photography, meditations on various aesthetic questions, and a flowing account of Addi’s intuitive & abstract process. Each section of the book centers on a theme fundamental to Addi’s process: Light, Form, Harmony, Color, Balance. Looking beyond the artwork itself, a seventh section, “My World,” artfully depicts how her work and practice effortlessly inform her lifestyle and physical surroundings. In her work, Addi examines energy, color, space and landscape through tempered abstraction. She creates moments by means of rules and omissions, acceptance and refusal, providing a space for contemplation.
